What is GoVirtual?
GoVirtual is the digital engagement platform for the West Africa Project Fair 2026. Registered participants can activate their accounts, review their information and prepare their profiles for the wider GoVirtual experience.
Who can use GoVirtual?
Access is currently available to recognised WAPF 2026 registrants whose registration details have been prepared for GoVirtual.
How do I activate my account?
Visit the activation page and enter the same email address you used when registering for WAPF 2026. If the address matches an eligible registration, GoVirtual will send an activation link to that email.
Does my activation link expire?
No. An activation link does not expire simply because time has passed. It is personal and single-use. If it has already been used, or if you request a newer activation link, the earlier link will no longer be valid.
Why does GoVirtual say my activation link is unavailable?
The link may already have been used or replaced by a newer activation link. If you have already activated your account, use the Log In page. Otherwise, request another activation link.
I requested an activation email but cannot find it. What should I do?
Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. Confirm that you entered the same email address used for your WAPF registration. If the message appears in Spam or Junk, mark it as not spam.
Which email address should I use?
Use the same email address you supplied during your WAPF 2026 registration. GoVirtual uses that email to recognise your registration.
I have already activated my account. Do I need another activation link?
No. Once your account is active, use the GoVirtual Log In page with your email address and password.
Can I correct information in my profile?
Yes. Review the information prepared from your WAPF registration and correct or complete your GoVirtual profile where necessary.
Why can I not access every GoVirtual feature yet?
GoVirtual is currently in its onboarding stage. Participants can activate their accounts and prepare their profiles. Additional features will become available as the WAPF 2026 digital experience opens.
Can I use GoVirtual on my phone?
Yes. GoVirtual is designed for modern mobile phones, tablets and desktop browsers.
